Daily departure from Vientiane, but only as private tour.

Pick up from the hotel at 08:00 to Nam Ngum dam, an artificial lake studded with picturesque islands, via Tha Ngon bridge. A hydroelectric plant here generates most of the power used in the Vientiane area as well as power that is sold to Thailand. On the way visit the distillation of the salt plant of the cooperative at Ban Keun village. Boat trip 1 hour on the lake (dam). Afternoon return back to Vientiane via Phon Hong. Visit the small side of archeological of Vang Xang with a cluster of 10 high-relief Buddha sculptures on cliffs is thought to date from the 16th century. Continue to the local market of the village Ban Lak 52.
