PHI - Day tour to Phi Phi Island
( joint tour )
Daily departure from Phuket,
but only as a joint tour.
Travel by bus from hotel on Phuket to the
Deep Sea Port of Phuket, where a comfortable cruiser takes
you in some 90 minutes to the Phi Phi islands. Visit Phi
Phi Don, the main island and enjoy a 1½ hour swim
/ snorkel stop at its beach ( a full snorkel set is inclusive
and requires a small deposit ). The visibility is all year
round good, the best period is however from December - April.
An international lunch buffet awaits you around noon time
and in the afternoon a free glass bottom boat ride is offered
to inspect the coastal marine life and sister island Phi
Phi Ley. Here the famous bird nests are collected twice
a year and see how bird nests are settled against the limestone
surfaces - and imagine the high risks of collecting these
precious natural products. Return to Phuket.
What to bring: Beach shoes, sun protection,
swimming gear, towel, camera & films.
